	The Oddysey SEA LAUNCH In Honolulu Harbor - October 07, 2011 view - 15:3 Officially, my 382nd video. After watching about this behemoth on the evening news, I GOT to check this out! This is the Oddysey Sea Launch, a floating rocket launching platform. It stopped by Honolulu Harbor for fuel and supplies before heading for Singapore for drydock work.
	Honolulu, Hawaii view - 10:22 Our first trip to America's 50th state, our experience was beyond phenomenal. Staying on the island of Oahu, we were able to enjoy the creature comforts of the big city (Honolulu) while at the same time explore the astounding beaches, the extraordinary beauty of the topography, the quaintness of the countryside. We jam-packed our weeklong voyage with snorkeling at Hanauma Bay, hiking the 700+ foot high Diamond Head, parasailing up to 1000 feet up in the air, jetskiing, visiting the somber Arizona Memorial at Pearl Harbor, attending a luau and driving to Kailua (where I believe I found the best postcard perfect beach) and the north shore all the way to Waimea Bay. This of course, still left us with laying-out-in-the-beach time at world famous Waikiki by our hotel. Indeed, this will not be our last visit to Oahu.

	Honolulu Harbor and Aloha Tower, Part 1 of 2 view - 6:8 April 25, 2012 - Honolulu Harbor* and Aloha Tower Marketplace* in Downtown Honolulu on Oahu Island in Hawaii Honolulu Harbor, also called Kulolia and Ke Awa O Kou, is the principal seaport of Honolulu and the State of Hawai?i in the United States. It is from Honolulu Harbor, located on Mamala Bay, that the City & County of Honolulu was developed and urbanized, in an outward fashion, over the course of the modern history of the island of O?ahu. A good view of a section of the Honolulu Harbor can be had from riding the elevator to the top of the tower. The Marketplace has never been profitable, has been bankrupt and litigation between the management entity and the land-owner, state controlled Aloha Tower Development Corporation has occurred. Isolation from other tourist areas, lack of parking and mismanagement have been cited as reasons for the operating revenue losses. The museum at the Falls of Clyde focused on historic sailing as well as Polynesian sailing customs. Occasionally, outrigger canoes were at the Hawaii Maritime Center as well. 	Tug Mamo - up close - docking a huge cargo ship view - 2:25 In Hawaii, almost everything arrives by ship, and docking that never ending succession of vessels is the job of the mighty tug s. Few people ever give a thought to these hard working boats and captains who bring ships in and out of Honolulu Harbor on a never ending basis. And fewer still will ever ride on one. Mamo is of the latest design with her props amidships instead of at the stern and this makes for some very surprising capabilities as you can see.
	Waikiki Beach Sand Replenishment Widening Project 2012 view - 7:0 The Waikiki Beach Sand Replenishment project began in January of 2012 to widen eroding beaches in Waikiki. An off shore barge pumps in sand to the beach that has been washed out to sea over the years. The sand is pumped to one section of the beach that is closed off. Once pumped in, it is "dewatered" and piled high with heavy equipment, preparing it to be moved further down the beach where the erosion has occured. This video shows the beginning of moving the enormous mountains of sand via dump trucks down the beach to it's final destination. This project will widen the beaches from the famous Duke Kahanamoku statue to the famed pink hotel, The Royal Hawaiian. This project is paid for with state and private (the hotels) funds at a cost of about 2.2 million dollars.
