Japan Tsunami 2011 - Raw Footage from Oirase, Aomori Prefecture view - 9:3 IN THIS VIDEO: Probably the most terrifying footage I've seen of the tsunami. The original upload is from wngad869, who shot the video in Oirase Town, Aomori Prefecture, which is 200 miles north of Sendai. He took an unbelievable risk in order to get this close up footage and it is amazing how he was able to find the safety of a small tower in the midst of all the rushing water.
