Alaska Marine Lines and other large freight carriers use the 950 foot Lutak Dock while cruise ships, ferries and large yachts use Port Chilkoot Dock.

The port has two boat harbors, the downtown Portage Cove Small Boat Harbor and on the Chilkat River side the Letnikof Small Boat Harbor.
